ID number in case identification is needed using an ID number

Subject of the inquiry, with as much detail as possible so we can handle the request
Operating hours:
The center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On holidays and Yom Kippur the center is unavailable and the inquiry will be handled after the holiday
